ZOON Media
Effective Date: 1 June 2025
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how ZOON Media (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit our website (the “Site”), make a purchase, or use any of our services (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains your privacy rights and how you can exercise them. By using the Site or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use our Services.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with our Site or Services, we collect certain information about you. “Personal Information” in this Policy means any information that identifies you or that could reasonably be used to identify you. The types of Personal Information we collect include:
a. Information You Provide Directly:
When you purchase a service or fill out a form, we collect information such as your name, email address, billing address, and shipping address (if applicable, though our services are digital), phone number, and any details necessary to process your order. We also collect payment information (e.g. credit card details or PayPal email), but note that payment details are processed by our payment processor (e.g. Shopify Payments or other) and we do not store your full credit card numbers.
If you contact us with an inquiry, request support, or provide feedback, we will collect the information you provide in your correspondence (which may include your contact details and the content of your communication).
If you opt in to receive email updates or our newsletter, we will collect your email address (and optionally your name) to send you periodic emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in those emails or contacting us.
b. Information We Collect Automatically:
When you visit our Site or engage with our Services, certain data is collected automatically from your device and browser:
We collect technical information about your device and how you interact with our Site. This includes details like your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language preferences, time zone, and unique device identifiers. We also collect information about how you navigate through and use our Site, such as the pages or services viewed, the date and time of access, the referring URL (if you came via a link from another site), and other usage statistics.
We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”) to collect data about your interactions. Cookies are small text files placed on your device. They help us recognize your browser or device, remember your preferences (e.g. items in your cart), and understand usage patterns. For instance, we use a tool called Meta Pixel (provided by Meta/Facebook) which tracks certain actions on our Site to help us measure the effectiveness of our Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns and to provide you with relevant ads on those platforms. We may also use Google Analytics or similar analytics services, which use cookies to collect information about site usage and report trends without identifying individual visitors. (See the Cookies section below for more details on these technologies and how you can control them.)
c. Information from Third Parties:
In general, we collect Personal Information directly from you or automatically through your use of our Site. We do not typically obtain personal data from third-party sources about our customers, except in the following situations:
(Note: Currently, ZOON Media does not require any login to use the Site.)
Analytics or advertising-related information from partners like Facebook/Meta or Google when you interact with our ads or Site (for example, aggregated campaign performance data or audience insights). This information generally does not identify you personally to us; it helps us evaluate our marketing efforts.
We do not deliberately collect sensitive personal data (such as racial or ethnic origin, health information, or biometric data) or data about minors (see “Minors” below). We ask that you not send us or share any sensitive personal information that is not required for using our Services.
2. Use of Personal Information
We use the Personal Information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process your orders and deliver the services you request, including managing payments, fees, and charges. We use your information to run your marketing campaigns (e.g., set up advertisements for your music) and to generally operate and improve our Services. This includes using data analytics to understand how our customers use the Site and to improve the user experience and our offerings.
- To contact you about your order or account (e.g., sending confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support messages), and to answer your inquiries or support requests. We may also send you information about new services, updates, or promotional offers if you have opted to receive marketing communications. (You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.)
- To provide you with targeted advertising and content based on your browsing activities and interests, and to measure the effectiveness of our ad campaigns. For example, we use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to show ads that might interest you on platforms like Facebook or Instagram and to ensure we’re reaching audiences who are interested in our services. (See “Behavioural Advertising” below for more information on how we use personal data for targeted ads and how to opt out.)
- To screen orders for potential fraud or risk, and to monitor against security breaches. For instance, certain information (like IP address or order history) may be used to automatically block suspicious transactions and to protect our Site and customers from malicious activity.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as financial and tax record-keeping requirements, and to respond to lawful requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, or requests related to legal proceedings). We may also use or disclose your information as necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect our rights and property, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers or others.
We may use your information for other legitimate business purposes, such as internal analytics, troubleshooting, and improving our website’s functionality and content.
We will only use your Personal Information for the purposes we collected it for (or that you later authorize), and not for incompatible purposes without your consent. If we need to use your information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and explain the legal basis that allows us to do so.
3. Sharing of Personal Information
We value your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties (see “No Sale of Personal Information” below). However, in order to operate our business and provide our Services to you, we do share your Personal Information with certain third parties, as outlined below:
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. For example:
Our online store and order processing are powered by Shopify. Acts as our e-commerce platform and payment processor. Your personal data (such as name, email, billing/shipping address, and order details) are stored in Shopify’s system. Shopify may also collect payment information and device data on our behalf. You can read more about how Shopify handles personal information in the Shopify Privacy Policy. Shopify is contractually prohibited from using your personal data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
If you pay by credit card or other payment methods, your payment details are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments). These processors specialize in secure payment processing. We share with them only the information required to authenticate and complete the transaction. They may have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
We use third-party tools to help us with analytics and advertising. For instance, we utilize on our Site. This means some of your browsing data (like pages visited or actions taken on our Site) is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. when you have cookies enabled, which allows us to create targeted ads and measure their success. Similarly, if we use Google Analytics, your website usage information is shared with Google LLC to analyze site traffic and usage patterns (Google may set and read its own cookies on your device). These partners may use cookies or similar technologies to collect data about your interactions with our Site over time and across different websites. (See “Behavioural Advertising” below for how this works and your choices.)
In the unlikely event that ZOON Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other transfer of ownership, your personal information may be transferred to the new owners or parties to the transaction, but will remain protected by this Privacy Policy (unless you’re notified otherwise).
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. For example, we may share information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process. We may also disclose data if we believe it’s necessary to enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements, or to protect our rights or the safety of our users or others (for instance, to prevent fraud or investigate a potential security issue or misuse of our Services).
In cases where you have provided explicit consent for us to share your information with a third party, we will do so in accordance with that consent. For example, if in the future we run a joint promotion with a partner and you consent to share your information with that partner, we would transfer data as authorized.
Third-Party Links: Our Site may include links to third-party websites or social media platforms (for example, links to an artist’s YouTube or Spotify, or our profiles on Facebook/Instagram). If you click those links, you will be directed to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites or services before providing your personal information to them.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
What Are Cookies? Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information to the site owners. Cookies can be “persistent” (lasting for a set period or until you delete them) or “session” cookies (lasting only until you close your browser). Similar technologies include web beacons (small graphic files that track your website visit) and pixels (like the Meta Pixel we use for tracking Facebook ads).
How We Use Cookies: ZOON Media uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for several reasons:
These cookies are essential for our Site’s operation. They enable core functionality such as secure log-in (if applicable), shopping cart management, and checkout process. Without these, the Site may not function properly. For example:
These cookies collect information about how visitors use our Site (pages visited, time spent, errors encountered, etc.) and help us improve the website’s performance and user experience. For example:
We partner with third parties (like Meta/Facebook, and potentially Google Ads) that may set cookies or pixels to collect information about your browsing habits and interactions with our Site. The goal is to provide you with advertising that is more relevant to you. For example, the Meta Pixel on our site allows Meta to recognize that you have visited our Site and show you ads for our services when you use Facebook or Instagram. These cookies also help us measure the effectiveness of our ads and understand user behavior after clicking on an ad.
Cookie Duration: The length of time a cookie stays on your device depends on its purpose. Session cookies last until you stop browsing (or close your browser). Most of our cookies are persistent and will remain on your device for a set period unless you delete them. For instance, some cookies may expire after 30 minutes, whereas others might last for 14 days, 30 days, or even up to 2 years. This allows us to, for example, remember you between visits or track ad conversion over time.
Your Choices for Cookies:
You can typically configure your browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Each browser is different, so check the “Help” or “Settings” menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences. Websites like AllAboutCookies.org provide information about managing cookie settings in commonly used browsers.
When you first visit our Site, you may see a cookie notice or banner. If required by law, we will ask for your consent for non-essential cookies (like analytics or advertising cookies). You can choose to accept or decline those. Even after consenting, you can usually adjust your preferences by clearing cookies or using browser controls to withdraw consent.
Please note that if you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of our Site might become inaccessible or not function properly. For example, if cookies are disabled, we may not remember items you placed in your cart or preserve your language preferences.
Do Not Track Signals: “Do Not Track” (DNT) is a privacy preference that you can set in some web browsers to signal that you do not want certain information about your webpage visits collected across websites. Currently, there is no consistent industry standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals. As a result, like many websites, we do not alter our data collection and use practices when we detect a Do Not Track signal from your browser. We will continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and the implementation of a standard. In the meantime, you can use the other tools described above (browser settings, opt-out links) to control data collection.
5. Behavioural Advertising and Analytics
As described above, we use personal information to provide you with content and advertisements tailored to your interests, and to measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns. This section provides more detail on how that works and how you can opt out:
Targeted Advertising: Targeted (or interest-based) advertising uses information collected about an individual’s activities on one site or across multiple sites to display ads relevant to that individual’s interests or characteristics. For example, if you visit our Site and browse our services, you may later see an advertisement for ZOON Media on Facebook or Instagram. This is made possible by cookies and similar tracking technologies (like the Meta Pixel) which connect your browsing behavior on our Site with the Facebook/Meta advertising network. Other platforms like Google or YouTube have similar mechanisms for their ad networks.
Analytics: We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how users find and use our Site, and to spot trends or issues in usage. These tools collect information like which pages you visit, how long you stay, how you got to our Site, and what you click on. This information helps us improve our Services and marketing. Google Analytics may set cookies or read existing cookies on your browser. The data we get from Google is aggregated and does not include names or contact info; it focuses on overall trends. However, because Google Analytics uses a persistent identifier (cookie ID), it could theoretically recognize you on return visits or across sites. You can read how Google uses data from our Site here. If you want to opt out of Google Analytics tracking, Google provides a browser add-on for opting out (available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Opt-Out Choices:
We support your ability to opt out of targeted advertising. Here are some ways you can do that:
To adjust how Facebook and Instagram target ads to you, log in to your Facebook account and go to your Ad Settings (or visit Facebook Ad Preferences). There you can manage your preferences and opt out of certain ad targeting (such as ads based on partner data or your activity on Facebook Company Products).
You can opt out of Google’s personalized ads by visiting Google’s Ad Settings at google.com/settings/ads. This will prevent Google from using your info to tailor ads on Google services.
For other networks participating in industry opt-out programs, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page at optout.networkadvertising.org or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal at optout.aboutads.info. These tools will allow you to opt out of many (but not all) interest-based ads served by participating companies. Note that you may still see generic ads (not based on your interests) after opting out.
Keep in mind that opt-outs generally work via cookies. If you clear your cookies, use a different browser/device, or block cookies, your opt-out may not persist and you may need to opt out again.
6. International Data Transfers
ZOON Media is based in Switzerland, but our customers and partners are worldwide. When you use our Services, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, Canada, or other locations where our service providers (like Shopify or Meta) have servers or facilities. For example, if you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, your personal data will likely be transferred to servers outside of the EEA (e.g., to the U.S.) since our Site is hosted on Shopify and we use other global providers.
We take steps to ensure that international transfers of personal data comply with applicable laws. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or an adequacy decision for the destination country, if applicable) to protect your personal information when it is transferred to countries not deemed to have adequate data protection by your jurisdiction. Shopify, for instance, initially processes EEA data in its European data centers and then may transfer to Canada or the U.S. under Standard Contractual Clauses and other measures (you can see Shopify’s GDPR Whitepaper or privacy documentation for more details on their compliance and data transfer mechanisms).
By using our Services or submitting your information to us, you consent to the transfer of your personal information abroad as described in this section, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
When you place an order or purchase a service through the Site, we will retain your order information in our records. This typically includes your name, contact information, and transaction history. We generally keep this information for our business records and to comply with legal obligations (for example, for tax and financial auditing purposes). Unless you request deletion, we may keep personal data associated with your orders indefinitely, or until it’s no longer needed, whichever comes first. However, if you ask us to delete this information (see “Your Rights” below), and we have no legal obligation to retain it, we will delete or anonymize it.
If you have subscribed to our newsletter or agreed to receive marketing communications, we will retain your email and contact preferences until you opt out or unsubscribe. Upon opting out, we may keep a record of your email on a suppression list to ensure we honor your opt-out going forward.
Information collected via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar tools may be stored by those providers according to their own retention policies. We ourselves do not store this raw analytics data directly in personally identifiable form, but rely on the third-party dashboards and reports. For example, Google Analytics retains data associated with cookies and user identifiers for a certain period (which can be set in our account; often 14 months by default for Google Analytics unless we choose otherwise).
We maintain backups of our website and databases for security and business continuity purposes. These backups are retained for a limited time and are securely stored. Even if you delete or we remove your data from our live systems, it may remain in encrypted backups for a period before being overwritten.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to use or retain your personal information, we will either delete it or anonymize it (so that it can no longer be associated with you). If deletion or anonymization is not immediately feasible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
8. Security of Your Information
We implement a variety of security measures to protect the safety of your personal information. This includes using technical, administrative, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. For example:
HTTPS (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which means data transmitted between your browser and our Site is encrypted.
(such as credit card numbers) is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store full credit card details on our own servers.
However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You can also help keep your data safe: make sure to use strong passwords, guard your account information, and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your personal data or any breach of security related to Zoon Media.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable data protection laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We are committed to honoring these rights. This section describes those rights and how you can exercise them:
a. General Rights for All Users
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to obtain information about how we process it. This is sometimes called a “data subject access request.” Where applicable, you also have the right to request that we provide this information in a machine-readable format (for example, a CSV file) so that you can transfer it to another provider (this is the right to data portability).
If any of your personal details that we hold are inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or update them. For instance, if you change your email address or find that we have misspelled your name, you can ask us to rectify it.
You have the right to request that we delete your personal information (also known as the “right to be forgotten”). We will honor deletion requests so long as we do not have a valid legal reason to retain the data (for example, ongoing legitimate business needs or legal obligations such as record-keeping requirements). Note that if you ask for deletion of data needed to provide our Service to you, you may not be able to continue using that Service.
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. For example, you can object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes or certain types of profiling. If we are processing your information based on our “legitimate interest” (see below), you can object to that and we will consider your request.
You can ask us to restrict processing of your personal information in certain situations – for example, if you contest the accuracy of the data, or if you have objected to our processing and we are evaluating your request. When processing is restricted, we can still store your information, but we will not use it further until the issue is resolved.
If we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. For example, if you consented to receive marketing emails, you can withdraw that consent by unsubscribing. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, and it won’t affect processing of your data under other lawful bases (e.g., processing an order you made).
To exercise any of these general rights, please contact us using the contact details provided at the end of this Privacy Policy. We may need to verify your identity (for instance, by asking you to provide information associated with your account or recent transactions) before fulfilling your request, to ensure that your data is protected from unauthorized access. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically within 30 days for most requests, and within 45 days for California-specific requests, with the possibility of a 45-day extension). There is no fee for making such requests, though if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on it.
b. Rights of EU/EEA (GDPR) and Swiss Individuals
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are entitled to additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws:
We want you to understand the legal grounds on which we process your personal data under GDPR:
We process personal data to provide our Services as per our contract with you. For example, when you place an order, we use your information to fulfill that contract (deliver the service, provide customer support, etc.).
In some cases, we rely on your consent. For instance, we will send you marketing emails or use certain cookies if you have consented. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We process data as needed for our legitimate business interests, provided our interests are not overridden by your data-protection rights. For example, it’s in our legitimate interest to understand our customers (analytics), improve our services, secure our platform, and send marketing to existing customers about similar services (within the bounds of the law). We will always consider your rights and expectations and will implement safeguards to protect your privacy.
Sometimes we must process data to comply with a legal obligation, such as retaining transaction records for tax or accounting purposes, or disclosing information to authorities if legally required (e.g., for law enforcement requests).
As noted in the section on International Data Transfers, when we transfer your data outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland, we rely on legal mechanisms (like Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it. You can request a copy of the relevant data transfer safeguards by contacting us.
EU/EEA and UK individuals have the right to file a complaint with their local Data Protection Authority (DPA) or supervisory authority if they believe we have infringed their privacy rights. For example:
c. Rights of California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a resident of California, you have specific privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
You have the right to request that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months, the categories of sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting (or sharing, if applicable) the information, and the categories of third parties with whom we shared the information. Essentially, you can ask “what information do you have about me and how did you get/use/share it?”.
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information about you that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, if the information is needed to complete a transaction you requested, to detect security incidents, to comply with a legal obligation, etc.).
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
The CCPA/CPRA gives consumers the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information and the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. ZOON Media does not sell your personal information for money. However, the term “sale” under CCPA is broadly defined to include some transfers of data for valuable consideration. Also, “sharing” under CPRA refers to disclosing info for targeted advertising. We engage in online advertising (as described above) which may be considered “sharing” under California law. California residents have the right to direct us not to share personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise this right by using the opt-out tools described in the Behavioural Advertising section (e.g., using the DAA opt-out, or the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link if provided on our Site footer). You may also contact us directly to request to opt-out, and we will apply an opt-out cookie or similar mechanism to refrain from sharing your data for advertising.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality of service just because you exercised your rights under the CCPA. However, please note that if you ask us to delete your data, and that data is necessary for us to provide the Service to you, we may not be able to complete that transaction (for example, if you ask us to delete all your information while you have an active campaign with us, we might not be able to continue the campaign). In such cases, we will inform you of any impact.
Exercising Your California Rights: If you are a California resident and would like to exercise your Right to Know, Delete, or Correct, please contact us using the contact information in the Contact section below. You or your authorized agent may submit a request. We will ask you for information to verify your identity (and authority, if through an agent) – typically, we will ask you to provide information that matches data we already have (like confirming your email address and recent order). We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by law (generally within 45 days, or 90 days if an extension is needed – we will let you know if more time is needed).
If you use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we may require proof of the agent’s identity and authority to act for you. For example, the agent should provide a signed permission from you or proof of power of attorney, and we may still ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
For “Do Not Sell or Share” (opt-out of targeted advertising) requests, you can use the methods described above (opt-out links, or send us a request titled “Do Not Sell/Share My Info”). We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
10. Automated Decision-Making
Automated decision-making refers to decisions made about you by technological means (like algorithms or software) without significant human involvement. Under some privacy laws (such as GDPR), you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you, unless certain exceptions apply.
ZOON Media’s Policy: We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or similarly significant effect on individuals without human review. For example, we do not use algorithms to deny services or determine pricing specifically tailored to an individual without any human check in the process.
However, we do use some automated processes as part of our operations:
- Our e-commerce platform (Shopify) uses automated systems to screen for fraud (for instance, automatically flagging or blocking orders that might be fraudulent based on various data signals like mismatched addresses or high-risk IPs). These systems might temporarily block a transaction. However, if you believe your order was incorrectly flagged, you can contact us and we will review and override if appropriate.
- Advertising platforms (like Facebook Ads) might automatically segment audiences for targeted advertising through algorithms (this is a form of profiling for marketing). But such processing by itself does not result in decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals; it just determines which ad you might see.
- We might use automated analysis of your behavior on our Site to personalize content (for example, recommending certain services based on what you viewed). This kind of profiling is intended to enhance your experience and marketing relevance, not to limit your rights or deeply affect you.
- If we ever implement a process that involves automated decision-making with significant effects, we will ensure compliance with legal requirements, including providing you notice and the opportunity to request human intervention or to contest the decision.
11. Minors
Our Site and Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, please do not use this Site or provide any information to us. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately. We will promptly take steps to delete such information from our records.
By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are the age of majority and you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Site under your supervision.
12. No Sale of Personal Information
ZOON Media does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation. We also do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes without your consent.
The information we share with third-party partners (as described above under “Sharing of Personal Information”) is strictly for business purposes—such as allowing our service providers to help run our site, or using advertising networks to show you relevant ads. While some of this sharing (for example, using the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics) might be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of data under broad definitions in certain laws, we treat such activities with care and only use reputable companies under contracts that limit the use of your data.
If you are a California resident and want to ensure your data is not “sold” or “shared” for interest-based advertising purposes, please see the Behavioural Advertising section for opt-out instructions, or use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our website (if available) to record your preference. We honor these requests in compliance with CCPA/CPRA.
13. Third-Party Services and Social Media
Our Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by ZOON Media through our Site and Services. However, our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, and we also maintain a presence on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or others.
If you access a link to a third-party website (for example, an external article, a partner’s page, or an artist’s content) or interact with us via social media, those third parties may collect your information according to their own privacy policies. We do not control the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of any website or service you visit outside of ZOON Media.
Additionally, if we use any third-party widgets or plugins on our Site (such as a Facebook “Like” button, or an embedded YouTube video), those third parties might receive some information (for instance, they could load cookies or see your IP address). These features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we update the policy, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top. If changes are significant, we may provide a more prominent notice (such as by posting a notice on our homepage or emailing you if we have your email on file).
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of our Site or Services after any modifications to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes, to the extent permitted by law.
15. Contact Us
